A Month ++ My Life in Safety Line...

It's been a month plus since I joined INSEP for Safety and Health course. Every weekday have to attend the class straight from 8.30am to 4 or 5pm. Duhhh,my Uni time was far better because still have gap between classes seh....My brain already feel wanna blow up as stuffed with all the infos+knowledge+acts+regulations+orders+codes+technical+bla bla bla bla   (T_T)

Besides the classes, we complusary to join our center activities as well and last week was a climax. The first two days of the week we had participated in Sabah Occupational, Safety and Health Week 2011. As one of the 'Tough' (iya ka??? :p) Lady, I'd been assigned with a friend; Umi (another Iron Lady...kuikuikui) to handle forklift exercise. Sooooo tired and exhausted, added with the heat...but actually it worthy as we able to mingle+networking with other senior Safety & Health Officers and unbelieveable experience we allowed to drive the forklift on its driving test circuit. Hey, we drive better than those who have experience years driving the forklift tauuu because we able to do the test less penalties and less minutes than most of them hehehe <--gelak riak sket ^_^

Ok,we have rest day on Wednesday then came back to class on Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday....another different story. We have to go to OBS (Outward Bound of Sabah) in Kinarut. Early morning got ready for the buses, miss the bus mean bye bye OBS huhuhu. Reached there we directly start the program. Few warming up session and after divided to two group we went for the extreme activites: Giant Ladder, Wall Climbing, and Flying Fox. Later that evening, even raining we still have to camp outside wawawa.... The worst part was I cannot sleep for the whole night then the next morning still have few discussion activities. Feel wanna stapler my eyes and my body refuse to sync with my mind already (T_T)

Gratefully, I did went through all the 'azab' and I've been 'fainted' for the rest of the day until next morning........Have to wake up still because have to go for the class weihhhh aaaarrghhhhhhhhhh tension tul!!!

Can't wait what other torture and torment ahead for us........wuhuhuhu

INSEP: For Graduates, For Unemployed, For Self Enhancement....

INSEP >> Industrial Skills Enhancement Program...You know aaa???

I believe lots of Malaysian know about this program but I bet there are more people who don't know about it. Frankly, this program been exist quite long already but there is no major expose even to the U students and pre-graduates. Those who know about it either less information or have no source for reference. You might familiar with Giat Mara program, so this INSEP actually similar to it just its only for diploma and degree holder (they have other programmes for those ex-SPM/STPM -> WTTP: Workforce Technical Transformation Program). All this kind of program is subsidised under Malaysia Government; which in other word its totally free plus the trainees are given monthly allowance.

Each state have different courses offered depending on the state current demand itself. Like for Sabah more on plantation management and OSH but Malacca more on semi-conductor industries. Do you have any idea how much this types of course if you take it by your own outside? Taking the OSH course for example. Try check NIOSH link here and look for the courses and exam rates. Do your own calculation la yeee....

OK, its not just the 'subsidy' makes this program interesting. The first thing graduates do after get their scroll are job hunting; aiming for high salary but they forget that they still lack with experience. Why wanna sacrified another half of a year just to gain a cerificate? Better continue to Master or Phd kan...Well ya,your academic achievement surely a priority but when come to ‘working’ world, the employer will want to know what skill you can offer rather only what writen on your academic scroll. This program offer you the training and certificate that recognize you capable and master the skill (but have to finish and pass the course exam la..if fail still gain the certificate better make your own certificate la). It probably less glamour than but it surely highly value ^_^

Oppsss....still blur why I’m sooo excite+eager+’sumangkit’ with INSEP even it just offer you certificate? Hmm...lets create a situation here. I’m an electrical engineering degree holder, no experience and registered with BEM as graduated engineer. My friend only have diploma in electrical engineering but have Chargeman/ Wireman certificate. If you an employer, between my friend and me, who you think have high chance to be employed? And who will be offered high paycheck compare to the other? Fikir-fikir and seek the info around you k!

My advice....while you still in study mood continue it either for further level or any self-enchancement training because once you get a job, your commitment is totally different and became more and more where you hardly find time to get back to class unless you work as lecturer hehehe :p But in some case you might have better job offer than continue your study so the choices always be yours....Just better be hard now rather regrate it later wawawawa ßkinda talk about myself pulak (T_T)

p/s: Jom join INSEP OSH hehehe....

When PHONE Vs LAPTOP.....arrghhhhhhh!!!!

Now is battle of my heart desire+finance towards: PHONE versus LAPTOP

It's been 2 years I 'seed' my dream to buy Apple MacBook Pro. As for Panasonic ToughBook (regardless rugged models) already 4 years but never achieved wawawa.... Try to save my money (more to credit card actually hehehe) but 'the incident' make me revise back my plan as I start to look for smartphone models couple of days. I love smartphone with WIFI function, dual camera for video call, 3G and touch screen (don't ask me why, it just come that way). Nokia not in my list because they still use Symbian OS; I prefer smartphone that use OS such Android, Windows Phone or BB only. I'm also not an Apple Iphone fan (but seems like Iphone5 4G will able to use for video call without WIFI restriction only,I might reconsider it hehehe) so my list of choices will be (click each name for the link):
  1. BlackBerry Torch 9800 (but rumor 9900 will release this year;errr....so do Ip5)
  2. Samsung Galaxy S2 with 5.0 WIFI (someone mention the applications not that attractive compare to Ip4)
  3. Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc (new SE Experia model will lauch as well and had bad experience with my touchscreen SE G900 phone)
  4. LG Optimus 3D (suit all my needs but the camera quality is below my par)
  5. Any suggestion??? ^_* or I just stick with my Nokia 3310 and proceed save my money so I can buy my dream laptop???Hadduuuiiiiiiiiii.....
Actually I been away for a month from blogging... Involved in my department games, so busy to catch up with the trainings and works. And 'the incident' I mention above is...one worst thing happen during the games was I LOST my cellphone beside lost the match (T_T). Lost all my contacts and pictures inside, gratefully nowaday the number still able to regain back from the provider. Thanks to Celcom for replacemy simcard for FOC :)

I know that LG GT505 phone I lost was not the best phone model ever but I really love using it. Haven't use it for a year yet, upgraded to 8G memory and inside there were lots of special pictures; from the latest of first picture of my newly borned niece, my last moment at Hosiana Music School to my rarely flowering Americana agave. All gone :( After all, it was the price I have to pay for my carelessness...I try accept it openly and think positive that there surely have something good behind this bad experience but surely I did curse the moron huhuhu....

P/s: Resend back your number to my number because I still using same old number....

Marimar...Please this be my last part of its synopsis huhuhu

We're back to this synopsis...and wish I can finish it this time. So now, lets switch on our Bahasa Melayu translation gadget hehehe... *Click here for Part 1 and Part 2.

Lepas dah banyak sangat peristiwa yang jadi, Marimar a.k.a Bella Aldama ambil keputusan maafkan Sergio dan keluarga dorang pun bersatu la semula. Oppss, citer belum habis ^_^.

My Brother and My Sister, I Miss 3 of Us.....

Looking at my cats and I just notice they was licking each other...I suddenly feel touched. By the moment I realize I shall capture the moment I was too late. I snapped the picture anyway as they still 'conquer' my mattress. There they are still licking and laying on the moment as I writing this entry. Hmmm...don't know but I just got into emotion.

Sure lots of us are lucky to have sibling. Me myself have been blessed with a brother and a sister. I'm the second out of three (third out of five literally). We have a huge age gap between us and really contrast in almost everything hehehe...But thats what make our relation sooo colourful, sooo unique , sooo lively and yet still complementing each other life ^_^ Bet others sibling are similar like mine, right?

My dear brother and sister;
I miss the time when three of us punched each other just to control the tv remote...
I miss the time when three of us played our bike together...
I miss the time when three of us scrambled to get the couch in front of the tv....
I miss the time when three of us shared our meals even most of the time we were not...
I miss the time when three of us scolded by our parent as we fight a lot...
I miss the time when three of us baked cookies and cake for raya...
I miss the time when three of us argued about almost everything...
I miss the time when three of us still stand and back up each other when others make fun on any of us...

But as we grow up and step to the 'real' world, things became slightly different (or maybe a lot huhuhu). We engage with life commitent such like schooling, working, friendship, social activities, love relation, marriage, children and the list keep on unstopable. All this start put distant with the people that we use to live under same roof...Oucch, am I sound pathetic???hehehe...watever la :P

If cats really appreciate their sibling, as creature with brain we shall do more. So cheerish and appreciate our sibling...

Dearest Ag. Kamarul Ariffeen and Dg. Norhalizah...you are the BEST siblings for me and I never want to trade you both with other brother or sister. XOXOXO :)

Telenovela: MariMar (cont...2)

Meh kita sambung sinopsis lengkap telenovela Filipina ni....sapa2 terlepas leh check previous entry yee ^_^

Marimar tersalah anggap Sergio dah dump dia jadi dia cuba sembunyikan tentang kelahiran anaknya.

Rodolfo ni buat satu majlis nak jemput Marimar datang.

***ok...sambung lagi part 3 nanti sebab dah nak balik rumah hehehe***

MariMar...MariMar...

This time wanna have BM entry ^_^
Kenal sapa Marian Rivera? Kenal Dingdong Dantes? Bukan ‘dindang datang lagi tu’ tau...
MariMar versi Filipina ni sebenarnya ‘re-make’ dari cerite telenovela Mexico yang dilakonkan oleh Thalia (Sapa tak kenal Thalia a.k.a Mexican J.Lo memang kesian la sebab sure korang tak merasa fenomena ‘Rosalinda’ hehehe).

Alahai Passport......A Personal Guideline to Apply Passport

Yesterday went to Immigration Department. Wanna renew my 'un-expired yet' passport because it adviseable to do so if you planning to travel less than 6 months. Actually it's ok to use such passport but Malaysia won't responsible if you get stuck in the country you travel to as they might have different regulation on period passport validity. For details more about Malaysia International Passport, click here.

Just to add the condition requirement there as most people don't know or forgot (well....5 years once kan renew passport hehehe), all document such like IC, birth certificate, parent's IC etc need to bring both original and copy. The copy no need to be validated. Prepare it early because you don't want to take number and wait for hours then when come your turn the application process stuck just because you have to run down to find photocopy center. LOL! And no duty stamp need ok hahaha

Get ready with the cash or postal order for passport fees. You thought this is GIANT meh to use your credit card or debit card or even Mykard to pay. No card apalagi mau hutang. The fees personally kinda funny for me because for same number of pages:
  • RM 100 for 2 years (can renew 3 times for 6 years if compare to 5 years but fees amount same)
  • RM 300 for 5 years
Probably can save your time to go to immigration department and photo shop hehehe. Anyway, there are advantages of 5 years validity especially for passport renewal. Beside less hassle to keep renew it if less than 6 month you have to travel out, the balance months before expiration of your previous passport can added to your 5 years validity in your new passport. Hmmm...as for a 'local tourist' I'm not interest with these  ^_^

Contract Employer: Dilemma and Demand a.k.a Pekerja Kontrak: Antara Dilema dan Tuntutan

Either working for government or private, nowaday the employer tend to take their employee as contract worker first for a period of time before they become temporary or permanent worker. Ok, it do have positive side like the employee have to show their best in work so that their contract will extend or else you are out from the company...

Me myself trap in this issue as I've been a contract staff in a state department for more than 3 years now. Worse, some of my collegues already 5-6 years or there are up to almost 10 years here but still stuck with the 'contract' title.

PTPTN: Black or White or Other Colours....

Before I proceed, I just want to declare that I am not relate in anyway to PTPTN except I am one of their 'debtor' LOL...In couple of weeks I'm going somewhere out from Malaysia so make me a bit nervous either my name is 'writen' using black or other colour in PTPTN list huhuhu. Hokeyyy, no need to ask what the reason why I feel nervous seh...

As Malaysian we do really familiar with PTPTN (as my schooling time my friend n I used to call it PTPTipu hehehe) provide loan for education purpose especially for those who want to further their study in higher level locally. So those who want to continue abroad please apply others to sponsor and most famous is "PAMA" coz no need to payback ^_^ Have others function, PTPTN now have saving scheme and manage deposit for youngster in purpose for their education later. Refer PTPTN ads on tv yeee...

Speaking of loan, sure when someone lend something they want it back unless the owner always do charity la hehehe. PTPTN is a non-charity organization so forget it. Repeated...NON-CHARITY organization k!

If listed as 'disobedient debtor', you not allowed to go out from Malaysia as PTPTN have linked the blacklisted names with Malaysia Imigresen Department. Only PTPTN have authority to release you. You can cry, you can scream, you can beg but Imigresen Officer only can watch you doing so and worse you not able to get on plane or ship or cross the border or bla bla bla...So to avoid this disaster, do contact PTPTN 7 days or more before the trip and nego with them what the best solution. I think PTPTN will ask to pay some portion of the loan before can proceed to 'bleach' your name from the blacklisted list. Hey, if you affort to go travelling sure you have money to pay your loan kan...kan...kan...

Anyway, my name is NOT in the list as I already check it hehehe. Not a frequent payer but better than not paying it at all (shhh...don't tell PTPTN aaaa). Check here if your name is black or white to travel oversea ^_^

Ikan Masak Taucu a.k.a Fish in Taucu Sauce

Ok...this can be my 1st time to really write on my blog hehehe. as for my 1st entry, I want to share this dish....Ikan masak taucu a.k.a Fish in Taucu Sauce (can't really find what the exact name for this dish ^_^). Its my 1st time to try this dish last nite n to my shock my parents enjoy it LOL..thanks to minami133

Anyway, for those who don't know what 'taucu' is...it fermented soy bean in salt and here it easily found in glass bottle. can try to google for it if still blur hehehe

Here's my 'translated' version of minami133@myresipi.com

Ingredients:
- Get any type of fish. can use few pieces of medium size or 1 big size fish
- Half of an onion
- 1 clover of garlic
- 2 pieces of ginger (thinly sliced)
- 3 chilies
- 2 tbs of taucu
- tamrind juice or paste
- tumeric powder (for me this optional)
- cooking oil
- salt
- 1 tbs of sugar
- 3 cups of water

How to cook:
- Season the fish with salt and tumeric (but I just use salt and tamrind) then deep fry.
- While frying, prepare the taucu sauce. Heat up the cooking oil in the pan and fry onion and garlic followed by ginger and chilies.
- Insert taucu and stir for a while before pour the water and tamrind juice. Add sugar. (no salt need as the taucu is salty enough)
- When the fish finish fried, mix the fish with the taucu sauce for few minutes and wallaaaaaaa ur dish is ready to served ^_^

  • Prepare time: less than 15mins if the taucu sauce prepare at the same time while frying the fish
  • Difficulty : sooooo easy....just chop chop n throw in the pan :P
  • Taste: soooo yummy seh. Its so hard for my dad to add another plate of rice but this dish really 'seduce' him hahaha
