INSEP: For Graduates, For Unemployed, For Self Enhancement....

INSEP >> Industrial Skills Enhancement Program...You know aaa???

I believe lots of Malaysian know about this program but I bet there are more people who don't know about it. Frankly, this program been exist quite long already but there is no major expose even to the U students and pre-graduates. Those who know about it either less information or have no source for reference. You might familiar with Giat Mara program, so this INSEP actually similar to it just its only for diploma and degree holder (they have other programmes for those ex-SPM/STPM -> WTTP: Workforce Technical Transformation Program). All this kind of program is subsidised under Malaysia Government; which in other word its totally free plus the trainees are given monthly allowance.

Each state have different courses offered depending on the state current demand itself. Like for Sabah more on plantation management and OSH but Malacca more on semi-conductor industries. Do you have any idea how much this types of course if you take it by your own outside? Taking the OSH course for example. Try check NIOSH link here and look for the courses and exam rates. Do your own calculation la yeee....

OK, its not just the 'subsidy' makes this program interesting. The first thing graduates do after get their scroll are job hunting; aiming for high salary but they forget that they still lack with experience. Why wanna sacrified another half of a year just to gain a cerificate? Better continue to Master or Phd kan...Well ya,your academic achievement surely a priority but when come to ‘working’ world, the employer will want to know what skill you can offer rather only what writen on your academic scroll. This program offer you the training and certificate that recognize you capable and master the skill (but have to finish and pass the course exam la..if fail still gain the certificate better make your own certificate la). It probably less glamour than but it surely highly value ^_^

Oppsss....still blur why I’m sooo excite+eager+’sumangkit’ with INSEP even it just offer you certificate? Hmm...lets create a situation here. I’m an electrical engineering degree holder, no experience and registered with BEM as graduated engineer. My friend only have diploma in electrical engineering but have Chargeman/ Wireman certificate. If you an employer, between my friend and me, who you think have high chance to be employed? And who will be offered high paycheck compare to the other? Fikir-fikir and seek the info around you k!

My advice....while you still in study mood continue it either for further level or any self-enchancement training because once you get a job, your commitment is totally different and became more and more where you hardly find time to get back to class unless you work as lecturer hehehe :p But in some case you might have better job offer than continue your study so the choices always be yours....Just better be hard now rather regrate it later wawawawa ßkinda talk about myself pulak (T_T)

p/s: Jom join INSEP OSH hehehe....

When PHONE Vs LAPTOP.....arrghhhhhhh!!!!

Now is battle of my heart desire+finance towards: PHONE versus LAPTOP

It's been 2 years I 'seed' my dream to buy Apple MacBook Pro. As for Panasonic ToughBook (regardless rugged models) already 4 years but never achieved wawawa.... Try to save my money (more to credit card actually hehehe) but 'the incident' make me revise back my plan as I start to look for smartphone models couple of days. I love smartphone with WIFI function, dual camera for video call, 3G and touch screen (don't ask me why, it just come that way). Nokia not in my list because they still use Symbian OS; I prefer smartphone that use OS such Android, Windows Phone or BB only. I'm also not an Apple Iphone fan (but seems like Iphone5 4G will able to use for video call without WIFI restriction only,I might reconsider it hehehe) so my list of choices will be (click each name for the link):
  1. BlackBerry Torch 9800 (but rumor 9900 will release this year;errr....so do Ip5)
  2. Samsung Galaxy S2 with 5.0 WIFI (someone mention the applications not that attractive compare to Ip4)
  3. Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc (new SE Experia model will lauch as well and had bad experience with my touchscreen SE G900 phone)
  4. LG Optimus 3D (suit all my needs but the camera quality is below my par)
  5. Any suggestion??? ^_* or I just stick with my Nokia 3310 and proceed save my money so I can buy my dream laptop???Hadduuuiiiiiiiiii.....
Actually I been away for a month from blogging... Involved in my department games, so busy to catch up with the trainings and works. And 'the incident' I mention above is...one worst thing happen during the games was I LOST my cellphone beside lost the match (T_T). Lost all my contacts and pictures inside, gratefully nowaday the number still able to regain back from the provider. Thanks to Celcom for replacemy simcard for FOC :)

I know that LG GT505 phone I lost was not the best phone model ever but I really love using it. Haven't use it for a year yet, upgraded to 8G memory and inside there were lots of special pictures; from the latest of first picture of my newly borned niece, my last moment at Hosiana Music School to my rarely flowering Americana agave. All gone :( After all, it was the price I have to pay for my carelessness...I try accept it openly and think positive that there surely have something good behind this bad experience but surely I did curse the moron huhuhu....

P/s: Resend back your number to my number because I still using same old number....
